CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
If after the first one-hour module of Homeopathy Teleseminar Training or your first session with the Ask Cathleen study group and Q&A, you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a complete refund of all charges. No questions asked.
Simply contact: cathleen@cathleenspringer.com within 24 hours after the completion of Module 1 of Homeopathy Teleseminar Training or the completion of the first session of Ask Cathleen with your request to opt out. Your credit card will be credited for the full amount shortly thereafter.
Thereafter, to assure your satisfaction, we guarantee that you may discontinue Ask Cathleen membership at any time, if you give at least 30 days' notice in advance by writing to cathleen@cathleenspringer.com.
NOTE: NO REFUNDS will be provided if opt-out request is received more than 24 hours after the completion of Module 1 Homeopathy Teleseminar Training or the first session of Ask Cathleen.

Shipping:
Shipment of goods will go out from receipt of payment of credit card processing and within 36 (THIRTY-SIX) HOURS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF MODULE 1 of Homeopathy Teleseminar Training. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
